About Moriah

Hey there! My name is Moriah Zwick, and I am a Postpartum Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and mother of two boys!

I became a mother at 22 years old and felt how isolating and scary it was to have a child that you don't even know how to fully take care of, and recover from birth that did not go in my favor.

I am a firm believer in those

"who go through hardships, heal by helping others go through similar hardships."

I've experienced quite a bit in my short time of motherhood:

  • perinatal depression
  • traumatic birth
  • postpartum complications
  • medical issues with me and my babies
  • and other mental issues that came later.

Becoming a parent is much more than birthing and taking care of a baby, and I am here to guide parents through this whole journey.
